We may request samples of the materials that your carpet or furniture was made of (if available), descriptions and distinctive attributes, receipts, photographs and, in the case of stolen furniture, a police reference number and report.
We will quickly assess if your flooring or furniture is able to be restored and if it is, appoint a professional restorer to attend your property as soon as possible.
